Between Feb 20-26, there were 358 traffic incidents, 24 traffic accidents, six DUIs, 26 general traffic incidents, 32 alarm calls, five abandoned vehicles, three burglaries, nine incidents of fraud, 15 civil incidents, 11 cases of harassment, 13 thefts, five vehicle prowls, 3 vehicle thefts, 16 warrants served, seven noise complaints, three animal calls, 10 incidents of domestic violence, four incidents of malicious mischief, six disturbances, two trespass, two assault, three hit and run and 33 incidents involving at least one arrest.

Feb. 23

Theft: 1:20 p.m., 10600 block of NE 68th St. A 29-year-old man was stopped by a store employee after he left without paying for $22 worth of items. He was cited, removed from the property and then released.

Assault: 9:55 p.m., 12600 block of NE 124th St. A 25-year-old man was arrested for pushing and hitting his 41-year-old mother.

Drugs/obstruction/resisting arrest/malicious mischief/assault: 9:44 p.m., 10800 block of 113th CT NE. A 25-year-old man in a pickup truck with a 28-year-old man was approached by a police officer, who later determined the 25-year-old had heroin on him. He gave the officer a name that did not match anything in license records. While being arrested the 25-year-old tried to hit the officer and took off running. He was eventually caught and arrested for assault, drug possession, obstruction, malicious mischief and resisting arrest.

Assault: 10:30 a.m., 11800 block of 97th LN NE. A 21-year-old woman was arrested after her fiancee called police to report that she had struck him during an argument while he was holding their four-month-old child. The woman was arrested and booked for domestic violence.

Feb. 21

Assault: 4 p.m., 8200 block of 122nd Ave NE. A 28-year-old man was arrested for a domestic violence incident involving a 31-year-old woman that occurred on Jan. 17.
