Kirkland’s Totem Lake Boulevard northbound lane now open

The Kirkland Public Works Department has opened the northbound curb lane of Totem Lake Boulevard between 124th Ave. N.E. and 120th Ave. N.E. It was closed since yesterday due to water over the roadway.
