Between Wednesday, June 4, and Tuesday, June 10, the Kirkland Police Department reported 217 traffic violations, 18 thefts, 18 assaults (10 domestic violence), 16 vehicle prowls, 16 alarm calls, 14 noise complaints and 11 disturbances. At least 37 people were arrested.

Wednesday, June 4

1:15 a.m. Two 17-year-old Seattle juveniles were arrested on the 400 block of Lake Ave. W. for vehicle prowling, theft and related charges. The pair were suspected of prowling six cars and stealing over $2,000 in merchandise.

Thursday, June 5

10:55 p.m. Leaky plumbing led Kirkland Fire and Police personnel to force entry into a multi-story condominium unit on an upper floor on the 12400 block of 109th Ct. North East. The leaks damaged property owned by occupants below the residence.

Saturday, June 7

7:00 p.m. Two female juveniles, ages 13 and 15, were arrested for motor vehicle theft on the 100 block of State Street South. They reportedly stole the Chevy Silverado from a residential driveway.

Tuesday, June 10

8:39 p.m. Passers-by reported two male juveniles were fighting on the Lee Johnson baseball field. Police were unable to locate the youth.
