As Kirkland’s Draft Transportation Master Plan (PDF) moves toward completion and eventual adoption by the City Council, the Transportation Commission seeks public feedback on proposed transportation projects that will provide improved safety, better maintenance and more mobility for walking, biking, transit and auto travel. Talk with Transportation Commissioners and staff in an informal open house setting and discuss how the city’s vision for transportation is being translated into proposed projects such as bike routes, school walk routes and other new ideas.

The open house will be held from 4:306 p.m. on March 25 at Kirkland City Hall, Council Chambers. The March Transportation Commission meeting will follow the open house.

Your comments, ideas and suggestions will help the Transportation Commission develop its recommendations to the City Council for the project list that will be part of the Transportation Master Plan and the Capital Improvement Program.
