Lupe was groomed by his regular groomer, Sheila Wagner, who grooms many Kirkland dogs in their homes and chose Lupe because of his exceptional quality and conformation standards.

Wagner and Lupe, who were both competing for the first time, won first place in their class and went on to win Best in Show.

The Northwest Grooming Tradeshow attracted many grooming industry vendors, groomers, pet salon owners, pet owners, and competitors who were participating in the annual grooming competition.

The Andis Grooming Competition attracted groomers from all over Washington State as well as California, Idaho, Oregon and Canada. The dogs came looking scruffy and finished the competition looking like show dogs.
