The Kirkland Planning Commission will host a hearing to discuss a proposed height increase for Parkplace June 12 at 7 p.m. in the City Council chambers.
Touchstone Corporation has proposed a zoning amendment for a redevelopment project that would change its allowable height from five to eight stories. Touchstone has two plans on the table — one designed within the current zoning code for a five story office park and a second to include a significant retail mix, a theatre, hotel, restaurants, health club and an expanded QFC.
The public is welcome to attend and offer opinions.
