Kirkland construction digest: Seventh Avenue South utilities

Kar-Vel Construction began work last week to upgrade sewer, stormwater and water utilities along Seventh Avenue South. Workers are beginning the project by replacing the aging sewer main. Stormwater improvements are next, followed by replacement of the water main. Next summer, the City of Kirkland will repave the street from the Google campus to State Street.
