Kirkland comes Uncorked next weekend at Marina Park

The 2016 Kirkland Uncorked will be held July 15-17 at Marina Park and will feature more than 75 wine varietals.

Uncorked is a benefit for Homeward Pet Adoption Center, a nonprofit, no-kill animal shelter which has found homes for some 25,000 dogs and cats across the state.

Wines from Woodinville’s Ancestry Cellars, Convergence Zone Cellars, Finn Hill Winery, Kaella Winery, Michael Florentino, Piccola Cellars and Silverlake Winery.

Wines will also provided by Walla Walla’s Balboa Winery, Bontzu Cellars, Cavu Cellars, College Cellars, Five Star Cellars, Four Lakes Winery, Cedar River Cellars, Willridge Winery, Naches Heights Vineyard, Knipprath Cellars, Foxy Roxy Wine Co., Purple Star Wines and J Bell Cellars.

Bottles of each wine will be available for purchase from the Kirkland Uncorked Wine Shop presented by The Grape Choice.

General admission tickets for $25 include 10 wine tastings and a commemorative glass, designated driver tickets are $15 and come in packs of four for soda and water.

Tickets for Friday’s Burger Brawl are $10, and include five slider samples from various restaurants.

Both Fred Meyer and The Grape Choice are offering admission specials which include additional drink tokens.

This year marks the third year that Kirkland Uncorked has raised money for Homeward Pet, raising some $18,000.
