Kirkland business receives national recognition for fourth year in a row

The Well Staged Home received the recognition for its customer service.

Kirkland’s boutique home-staging business, The Well Staged Home, received national recognition for the fourth year in a row from Houzz.com for Outstanding Customer Service. The Well Staged Home was chosen by the millions of homeowners that comprise the Houzz community from among more than 2.5 million active home-building, remodeling and design-industry professionals.

Owned by Elaine Cummins, a 30-year Kirkland resident, the custom home-staging business was established six years ago to fill the gap for homeowners and real estate agents who prefer a welcoming “you’re home” look to their listing.

Cummins explained, “Many staging companies want to work with newly built homes or freshly remodeled spaces. The Well Staged Home focuses on working with homes in all conditions. Many of our customers are selling long time family homes filled with memories. We move the process forward coordinating with the owner and their real estate agent of choice. Every area we stage in the home is laser focused on the MLS photos, the in-person tour experience and on getting rapid, top-dollar results.”

“The Best of Houzz” badge is awarded annually to their pros in three categories: design, customer service and photography. Customer service honors are based on several factors, including a pro’s overall rating on Houzz and client reviews submitted in 2019.

The Well Staged Home has also received recognition in 2018 and 2019 from the Staging and Design Network as one of the Top 20 Stagers and The Fastest Growing Business. Areas served are greater King and Snohomish counties.
