The Sammamish Trails District of Boy Scouts of America — which covers Kirkland — last week announced two Kirkland boys as its newest Eagle Scouts.
Terje Galbraith of Troop 616 and Nathanial Munk of Venturing Crew 611 both achieved the rank. To earn Eagle status, a scout must complete a minimum of 21 merit badges demonstrating community service, leadership and scouting values.
