Kirkland apartment complex sells for $128 million

The Resort at Forbes Creek in Kirkland sold this week for $128 million, according to King County tax records.

The 496-unit building was sold by Interlake of California to Greystar of South Carolina.

Rents in the building range from $1,260 to $2,375, according to www.resortatforbescreek.com.

The Resort at Forbes Creek is located at 11110 Forbes Creek Dr.
