Cyclists take to the streets of Kirkland for 7 Hills fund raiser

The 2011 Seven Hills of Kirkland, Cycling to End Homelessness Ride, presented by the Rotary Club of Kirkland Downtown took place on Monday, May 30. The annual ride begins and ends at Kirkland Marina Park in downtown Kirkland. The 7 Hills of Kirkland is one of the Northwest’s premier cycling events.More than 1,000 riders were expected for the event this year.

The 2011 Seven Hills of Kirkland, Cycling to End Homelessness Ride, presented by the Rotary Club of Kirkland Downtown took place on Monday, May 30. The annual ride begins and ends at Kirkland Marina Park in downtown Kirkland. The 7 Hills of Kirkland is one of the Northwest’s premier cycling events. More than 1,000 riders were expected for the event this year.

Since 1996, this major fund raiser attracts riders from all over the Seattle area and greater Eastside, and as far away as France and the U.K. All proceeds benefit KITH’s programs to prevent homelessness on the greater Eastside.
