Christine Addison joins KITH as director

Kirkland Interfaith Transitions in Housing (KITH) recently announced that Christine Addison has joined the non-profit service agency as Development Director. In her new role, Addison will focus on building strong partnerships within our community that support KITH’s vision: to assist individuals and families on the Eastside who are facing a homelessness crisis by providing housing and services to help families become stable and self-sufficient.

Addison brings KITH more than 20 years experience in building relationships of mutual benefit to client and organization, both in non-profit organizations, including Girl Scouts of Western Washington, which recognized her as an Outstanding Volunteer, and in business, most recently with the Bellevue office of Sonitrol Pacific, a regional commercial security company.

“We are delighted to have Christine representing KITH in the Kirkland and greater Eastside community,” said Jan Dickerman, executive director for KITH. “Christine comes to us with a wealth of experience as well as a real heart to help the homeless. She’ll be an effective ambassador for KITH’s mission to confront homelessness and build safe and healthy communities.”

Addison currently serves on the boards of Bellevue Business & Professional Women and Northwest Christian Writers Association, and volunteers with Rotary, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Seattle & Sound, PEACE of Mind WA, and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce.
