The City of Kirkland has extended the application deadline for adult and youth vacancies occurring on several of its boards and commissions. Adult and youth vacancies are available on the Human Services Advisory Committee and Parking Advisory Board. Adult vacancies are available on the Cultural Council, Design Review Board, Library Board, Planning Commission, and Transportation Commission. Completed applications must be received by the City Clerk prior to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23.

Eligibility requirements differ for each board or commission. Interested citizens are invited to apply for an appointment. Some incumbents on these boards and commissions have served one term and are eligible to apply for re-appointment.
