The public is invited to celebrate the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony from 4-8 p.m. Nov. 28 in downtown Kirkland. During the free event, many activities will be offered, including local choirs and bands, a ginger bread house display at Merrill Gardens, horse drawn carriage rides, “Twas the Night Before Christmas” read by Ms. Teen Washington, and much more! The tree will be lit at 6 p.m. in Marina Park. Donate 10 pounds of food or $10 cash to Hopelink at the tree lighting ceremony and receive a free energy-saving LED holiday light string from PSE (while supplies last).
