Seattle International Film Festival opening night gala in Kirkland on Thursday

The Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF) is coming back to the Kirkland Performance Center on May 31 through June 10.

The Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF) is coming back to the Kirkland Performance Center on May 31 through June 10.

During the Kirkland opening night gala at 8 p.m. Thursday, May 31, SIFF will present “Starbuck,” a comedy, coming-of-age film at the KPC. The past returns with a vengeance for prolific sperm donor Starbuck. Twenty years after making his many “deposits,” 142 of his children want to meet their dad. This film was an Audience Award winner at the Palm Springs International Film Festival.
