The Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland will host the Chef City Grill at 6:30 p.m. on Valentines Day, Feb. 14.
“Tickle your mouth” with a chef’s one-bite selection, followed by four exquisite courses, each paired with local wines. Main lobster, confit duck leg, braised short ribs and tiramisu. This perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day also supports student scholarship programs at the school.
The popular “Wine Dinner” series features culinary student creations and some of the best wines of the Pacific Northwest. Wines featured are from the Woodinville-based DiStefano Winery.
