The annual Lake Washington Institute of Technology’s (LWTech) Environment Horticulture spring plant sale will take place this weekend and next. The sale, which runs April 24-25 and May 1-2 at the greenhouses on the Kirkland campus, raises money to provide scholarships for the college’s horticulture students.

Plants for sale are grown by LWTech’s horticulture students. There are blooming fuchsia baskets for the shade, mixed flowering baskets for the sun, veggie starts, herbs, four-packs of annual color to bloom all summer long, perennials and more.

The Lake Washington Institute of Technology is located at 11605 132nd Ave. NE in Kirkland.
