Kirkland Arts Center Gallery will be hosting the opening reception of Topophilia: A Sense of Place, A Sense of Feeling on March 9 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
The event will explore geography and environment and how it affects contemporary art. The reception is curated by Emily Bowden in conjunction with the University of Washington Museology Department and the Emerging Curator Initiative.
