TOPs is a community outreach organization targeting “at risk” youth through tennis and educational programs. To support and enhance our community services, TOPs is currently working with local county and city agencies to plan and develop a new regional indoor multi-use tennis and learning facility. With the new facility, TOPs will be able to provide year round tennis programs. The facility will also provide a safe place with tutoring and education opportunities for kids, both before and after school.
