Over the last four years, Kirkland has elected a City Council that can focus on our future and issues facing Kirkland.

They have restored civil working relationships between Council members, and established a strong ethics policy. Jay Arnold will continue that trend.

I serve with Jay on the Kirkland Planning Commission. He is always educated on the issues, discusses them thoughtfully, and does his best to help us arrive at a fair and equitable result. Jay has a strong track record of leadership in the community and he will work hard for us.
