New Evergreen Academy Montessori Preschool opens in Kirkland

Mayor of Kirkland Joan McBride, city officials and representatives from the local chamber of commerce also provide remarks during the event.

During the day’s celebration, students from a nearby Evergreen Academy in Bothell served as emcees. The school’s kindergarten class sang a song, and older student ambassadors conducted guided tours.

Evergreen Academy Montessori Preschool, located at 12233 116th Ave. N.E., is part of Nobel Learning Communities, Inc., a national network of more than 180 nonsectarian private schools, including preschools, elementary schools and middle schools in 15 states across the country. The new Kirkland location is the organization’s seventh school in Washington, with approximately 55 students enrolled for its spring semester.
