Ford of Kirkland earns national award

Ford of Kirkland is among an elite group of Ford dealerships to be recognized with The 2008 President’s Award by Ford Motor Company. The prestigious award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing in 2008, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

The prestige of Ford’s President’s Award is that only 385 out of more than 4,000 dealerships receive this significant honor. It is given annually to dealers who have led the nation in providing their customers with superior excellence in sales, service and overall ownership of their Ford vehicles.

“This award recognizes our entire staff’s commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience,” says Ford of Kirkland owner, James Walen. “We’re so proud that this recognition comes from the people we value most – our customers. We achieved this award because of them.”

The award was developed in 1998 and the allure for this program continues as dealers are only eligible by the responses from customers on their service, satisfaction and dealership experience.
