Bala Yoga uses Kirkland business for new sign

Kirkland’s Bala Yoga owner Mike Peterson originally contacted another sign company with whom he had worked with in the past to design and install a studio front sign for his new Kirkland-based yoga studio. After learning that the company did not specialize in illuminated signs, he contacted a second sign company but again wasn’t satisfied. That’s when he found the Sign Factory in Kirkland.

“I wanted to put our sign out to bid, so I did some research online,” said Peterson. “What impressed me about the Sign Factory was their work at Safeco Field. That was a big selling point. If they could handle that job, I was pretty confident they could work with us.”

Peterson says the whole experience with the Sign Factory was a step above the competition.

“My rep Erik Stephanides had a great vision for the sign and allowed me to work with their in-house graphic designers to create exactly what I wanted,” he said. “I literally sat down with the team at the shop to pick my own style and colors. We were able to create a sign identical to our logo and a near perfect match of our colors. I’m very pleased.”

Bala Yoga’s sign is a standard studio front design that consists of one channel letter set and one blade sign.

The Sign Factory specializes in helping small businesses make the most of their retail environments with state-of-the-art signage.
