Affiliated Associations of America (AAOA), a national association headquartered in Kirkland, welcomes Robin Roberts as a benefits producer. With more than 18 years of industry knowledge, talent and experience, Roberts will be instrumental in the success of AAOA, one of the top group benefit providers in Washington State.

For the past six years, Roberts’ primary role was business development at Mercer, a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc., where she specialized in providing strategic benefit guidance for medium to large sized companies. Her consultative approach will play an essential role in supporting AAOA’s mission to provide quality benefit solutions for employers.

“I love finding the right solution for my clients and really take time to evaluate their needs in order to deliver the best options for their employees,” said Roberts. “With uncertainty regarding health care reform, employers are looking for an innovative approach when it comes to purchasing group coverage, and AAOA can deliver those options.”

Outside of insurance, Roberts is an active member of the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Snohomish County Society for Human Resource Managers, in addition to the Northwest Compensation and Rewards Forum. For the last 14 years, Roberts and her husband have been proud residents of Woodinville, where they enjoy participating in activities, sports and community functions with their two children.
