McBride to hold campaign kickoff, fundraiser in Bellevue

Former Kirkland mayor Joan McBride will hold a campaign kickoff event for State Senate at 6 p.m. on May 8. McBride is challenging incumbent Sen. Rodney Tom.
The event will be held at the North Bellevue Community Center.
