Design Review Board special meeting Dec. 13

The City of Kirkland Design Review Board will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Dec. 13 in the Kirkland City Hall Rose Hill Room, 123 Fifth Ave., Kirkland. The purpose of the meeting is a Design Response Conference for Parkplace/Touchstone mixed-use project at 457 Central Way, Kirkland.
