I have received the most disgusting, sleazy, robocall from the campaign for Joel Hussey that I can ever remember hearing from a PAC, representing any candidate. The call shocks my sense of civility and fairness, and offends my sense of decency. I would never put this kind of trash on my answer machine, why does someone else have the right to do it? It is an ugly invasion into my home.

Why not run a campaign on a candidate’s merit, the issues and differences rather than stooping to low, slimy, personal attacks on an opponent?

There must be some strong traits that your candidate possesses that he can run on and at least mention rather than simply choosing to attack his opponent.

This kind of slime and sleaze is the last thing I want representing me and the beautiful, wholesome community in which I strive to live. Run a real campaign on your candidate’s accomplishments and goals rather than lies and distortions about his opponent. That is what makes a contest.
