Miriam Cardoso, five-time world champion in Brazilian jiu-jítsu, will teach a free Teenage Dating Violence Awareness & Self-Defense Class from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 28 at T3MA of Kirkland, 14907 NE 95th St., Redmond.
