Balls and Whistles Music Bar to open at the end of March in Kirkland

Balls and Whistles Music Bar will open in Kirkland at 7 p.m. on March 28.

There is no cover charge for the grand opening event and the entertainment program will begin at 7 p.m., but the bar will be open starting 1 p.m. The bar will also have free pool, darts, big screen TV’s, music, food and drink specials.
