Kirkland detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying two robbery suspects who attacked a resident in his home during a home invasion.

Kirkland police responded to the home invasion robbery around 6:01 a.m. Saturday in the 13700 block of NE 133rd St.

Two subjects forced entry into the residence and took a 19-year-old man from his bed to the basement level as his family slept. In the basement, the suspects assaulted and injured the victim using an edged weapon.

The suspects are unknown to the homeowners and a motive for the victim being singled out remains unclear at this time and is under investigation.

One of the suspects is described as an Asian man, 20-30 years of age, approximately 150-160 pounds, hazel eyes with an average build, dark goatee and a white spike piercing through his lower lip.

The second suspect is described as a Black man with dark skin, 20-30 years of age, approximately 190 pounds with a muscular build, short black hair and a deep voice.
