Volunteers needed for Kirkland Mayor Joan McBride’s retirement party

The city of Kirkland is seeking volunteers to assist with on-site logistics for Mayor Joan McBride’s retirement party on Jan. 16.

The party will be held at the Kirkland Performance Center at 350 Kirkland Avenue.

The city is seeking three people to help set up from 3-5 p.m., one person to be a greeter from 6-6:30p.m., two people to be cake cutters from 6:30-7:15 p.m. and cake servers from 7:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., two people to help tear down the buffet from 6:30-7:15 p.m. and two people to help cleanup from 7:45-8:15 p.m.
