Expect traffic delays during Kirkland Concours d’ Elegance

Commuters should expect traffic delays along Lake Washington Blvd. N.E. and Lakeview Drive on Sunday, Sept. 11, due to the Kirkland Concours d’ Elegance event.

The event is a display of 12 historic classes of automobiles, sidecar motorcycles, and vintage boats. Event hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
