Kirkland woman wins Bridge championship event

Kirkland resident Patti Hartley and SeaTac resident Barbara Nist won an event in theNorth American Bridge Championship. More than 5,000 bridge players from all around the world participated in this tournament.

Hartley and Nist won the Smith Life Master Women’s Pairs event.

The American Contract Bridge League hosted its Fall North American Bridge Championship in Phoenix, Arizona, Nov.28 through Dec.8.
