Kirkland home prices jump, sales drop

Home prices in Kirkland jumped 7 percent during May compared to the same time in 2013, according to the Redfin Real-Time Home Price Tracker.

The median home price was $489,200 and the median price for single family homes was $600,000 and $285,000 for condos. Sales were down 3.8 percent with 173 homes sold, with homes spending a median nine days on the market.
