This Changes Everything to be shown at Kirkland church

This Changes Everything, a different type of climate change documentary, will be presented by Meaningful Movies in Kirkland at 7 p.m. on Nov. 20 at Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church. Admission is free but donations are accepted.
Based on Naomi Klein’s 2014 book with the same title, the film is not mainly about carbon but about capitalism and our current political, economic, social and cultural models.
This Changes Everything premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last September, and is now being shown around the world.
Kirkland is one of several venues for the film in the Puget Sound area, which will be shown by Meaningful Movies groups in Seattle (five locations), Edmonds, Woodinville and Renton in November, December and January.
All of the screenings, including in Kirkland, will be accompanied by a community discussion with representatives from 350.org or the Sierra Club. See http:/www.meaningfulmovies.org for more information.
Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church is located at 308 4th Avenue South in Kirkland.
