Ten-run fifth lifts Juanita past Bellevue | Prep softball

The Juanita High School softball team scored all ten of its runs during the fifth inning on Tuesday to beat Bellevue, 10-0, at Bellevue High School.

The Rebels were led by Madi Hedlund, who picked up the win by throwing the five-inning shutout, giving up three hits and striking out five batters. Hedlund also finished the game 4-for-4 at the plate.

Juanita will try to continue the momentum at 4:30 p.m. on Friday as they host Liberty.
