Chuck Morgan to celebrate 98th birthday

Chuck Morgan, also known as “Mr. Kirkland” is coming to town for his 98th birthday. The community will host an open house for him from 5-7 p.m. Sept. 5 at Merrill Gardens. The public is welcome to drop by and wish him a happy birthday. No presents please.
