Summerfest treats with live music, food, vendors

As the smoke started to dissipate Friday afternoon, crowds began to enter Marina Park for Kirkland’s downtown annual event, Summerfest.
The event began Fridayfrom 3-11 p.m. at Marina Park and Park Lane. Residents enjoyed entertainment, such as live music, a beer and wine garden, food and vendors.
Festivities continued Saturday and Sunday.
The annual event, in its sixth year, is put on by the Kirkland Downtown Association.
