Marina Park pier damaged by seaward “hit-and-run”

Kirkland Police are investigating damage done to the pier at Marina Park sometime late in the evening of Dec. 14.
A boat, and a large one according to city staff, struck the outermost pier causing several of the boards to snap in half and pieces of the deck to shift out of place.
