Seattle home tour coming to Kirkland

The fifth annual Seattle Modern Home Tour will be stopping in Kirkland on April 30 at a BDR home completed in March.

The four bedroom Kirkland home, located at 416 7th Avenue, has more than 3,500 square feet and a den, fireplace and television, is designed for year-round living and has a large rooftop deck.

Seven more homes will be included in the tour.
