Planned Good To Go! Web and phone outage Dec. 5

The Good To Go! automated customer service phone system and MyGoodToGo.com will be unavailable from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5, while WSDOT’s toll vendor upgrades system servers. During this time customers will be unable to access their Good To Go! accounts or make payments.
