I-405 lane and ramp closures between Bellevue and Kirkland this weekend

The following is a release from the Washington State Department of Transportation:
Drivers on Interstate 405 between Bellevue and Kirkland should prepare for possible delays Friday evening, Oct. 16, through Monday morning, Oct. 19.
Contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will close several lanes and ramps on I-405 between Southeast 8th Street in Bellevue and Northeast 128th Street in Kirkland. These closures are needed to complete striping and lane work for the I-405 Bellevue to Lynnwood Widening and Express Toll Lanes project.
Lane closures:
- Friday, Oct. 16, to the morning of Saturday, Oct. 17
o Up to three right lanes of northbound I-405 between Northeast 4th Street and Northeast 70th Street will be closed from 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The Express Toll Lanes will be open to all vehicles at no charge through the closure area.
o Up to three left lanes of northbound I-405 between Northeast 85th Street and Northeast 124th Street will be closed from 8:45 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
- Saturday Oct. 17, to the morning of Sunday, Oct. 18
o Up to three right lanes of northbound I-405 between Northeast 70th Street and Northeast 124th Street and will be closed from 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The Express Toll Lanes will be open to all vehicles at no charge through the closure area.
o Up to three left lanes of southbound I-405 between Northeast 124th Street and Northeast 85th Street will be closed from 9:45 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
- Sunday Oct. 18, to the morning of Monday, Oct. 19
o Up to three right lanes of northbound I-405 between Northeast 70th Street and Northeast 124th Street and will be closed from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The Express Toll Lanes will be open to all vehicles at no charge through the closure area.
o Up to three left lanes of southbound I-405 between Northeast 124th Street and Northeast 85th Street will be closed from 9:45 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Ramp closures:
- Friday, Oct. 16, to the morning of Saturday, Oct. 17
o The Southeast 8th Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
o The Northeast 8th Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
o The eastbound and westbound SR 520 ramps to northbound I-405 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Saturday Oct. 17, to the morning of Sunday, Oct. 18
o The northbound I-405 off-ramp to Northeast 85th Street will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
o The Northeast 85th Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
o The northbound I-405 off-ramp to Northeast 116th Street will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
o The Northeast 128th Street on-ramp to southbound I-405 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Sunday Oct. 18, to the morning of Monday, Oct. 19
o The northbound I-405 off-ramp to Northeast 85th Street will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
o The Northeast 85th Street on-ramp to northbound I-405 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
o The northbound I-405 off-ramp to Northeast 116th Street will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
o The Northeast 128th Street on-ramp to southbound I-405 will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m
