Kang’s Maddie Brown shuts down Juanita | Prep softball

Maddie Brown shut down the Juanita High School softball team for Lake Washington, 4-0, on Thursday.

Brown finished the day with six strikeouts and no walks, while giving up just two hits during the complete-game victory.

Brown, Hannah Walker finished 2-for-4 with a home run and Jessica Newton and Brown also finished with two hits.

Lake Washington will play again today at 4:30 p.m. in Kirkland against Sammamish.

Juanita will host Liberty at 4:30 p.m. today.
