Rebels lose to Mercer Island depsite 21 from Nunn | Prep girls basketball

The Juanita High School girls basketball team lost to Mercer Island, 68-54, Friday in Kirkland.

Mercer Island built a 35-26 halftime lead and then kept building. The Islanders outscored Juanita by six during the third quarter and lead proved to be too much for the home team.

Jaisa Nunn led the Rebels with 21 points.
