Grandparents brunch at Kamiakin Middle School in Kirkland

Kamiakin Middle School (KaMS) students invited their grandparents to brunch at their school on Nov. 26.

Students and grandparents enjoyed a light brunch together and music performed by the Kamiakin Jazz Band. Principal Joe Joss spoke at the event, as did students and grandparents.

The grandparents were also treated to tours of the school. The goal of the program is to get grandparents involved in the education of their grandchildren.
