Slow start sinks Lake Washington | Prep boys basketball

A slow start sank the Lake Washington High School boys basketball team Friday, as the Kangs got blown out by Sammamish in Bellevue, 77-45.

Lake Washington was outscored 26-5 during the first quarter and never recovered.

Sahil Basra led the Kangs on offense with 13 points, while teammate Shawn Olgier had 11 points.
