Juanita beats Interlake by 30 | Prep girls basketball

The Juanita High School girls basketball team steamrolled Interlake 54-24 Wednesday in Kirkland.

The Rebels smothered the Saints during the first quarter, holding the visitors to just one point.

Juanita built a 27-4 lead by halftime and cruised to the victory.

Shalexxus Aaron led all scorers with 16 points, while Rebel teammate Kenzie Waltar has 11 points.
