Online agenda posted for Kirkland City Council special meeting

The city of Kirkland has posted an online agenda for the Dec. 10 Kirkland City Council special meeting.
A study session will begin at 6 p.m., with the special meeting starting at 7:30 p.m. at Kirkland City Hall.
