Kirkland city officials helped to promote downtown businesses during Small Business Saturday at an event on Dec. 30.
Kirkland Mayor Joan McBride and council members Toby Nixon, Dave Asher, Amy Walen and Deputy Doreen Marchione participated, along with small business owners.
